Body Align, Danielle Robichaud, Licensed Massage Therapist
801-803-9665, bodyalign.massage@gmail.com, SLC
Danielle gave my training partner, Lisa Boshard, a fabulous massage. Lisa is an avid marathoner, having just ran a 3:21 in the Utah Valley Marathon in 2010. She said that Daniel used plenty of pressure, and helped her to recover from the marathon with her deep tissue massage.
Hello. My name is Danielle and I moved to Salt lake City at the end of 2006 from San Diego, CA. I graduated from the International School of Professional Bodywork (IPSB) shortly before my move with over 1000hrs of training. My specialties are Deep Tissue, Thai Massage and Sports & Injury. For my first 3 years in Utah I worked at a pain management and rehabilitation clinic, which allowed me to treat many different types of injuries and conditions with both massage and exercise. During my time here, I’ve also become a certified Yoga Instructor and have taught many classes on pain management and self-care to provide people with the tools to help themselves with their pain. When we hurt, it’s generally because we are not moving well. When applicable, I give stretches and postural education to address the root of why people hurt so they can learn how to rid themselves of pain rather than just managing it. My sensitive hands and in-depth knowledge of movement and the musculoskeletal system allow me to quickly become attuned to sources of tension in the body. With good communication and a firm, but gentle touch, I am responsive to the needs of my clients. Whether you have chronic pain or just want to relax, I look forward to making you feel better in your body.

John McKell, Physical Therapist
.
504 E 770 N, Orem, UT, 801-224-2177
“Dr. McKell gives up to 15 minute massages each session when necessary, and does deep massages when necessary. He gives the best sports massages I have ever had. He doesn’t make his aides do these, he does them himself. He massages in the right direction and seems to intuitively know just how to get to the knots. He has similar methods to Ron Nuttal, the great athletic trainer at BYU.”

Eric Brady, Certified Sports Medicine Chiropractor
.
800 N 500 W, Provo, UT, 801-375-2420
“Dr. Brady has a high-tech force-plate machine that shows how much pressure you put on each part of your feet during running. He measures it standing, walking, and running. It is very helpful to see exactly what your feet are doing during a step and to compare your feet to each other to help you figure out why you might be injured.”

Spine, Orthopedic & Sports Physical Therapy, Rogan Taylor
.
3303 N University Ave, Provo, UT, 801-373-7438
“Rogan is an expert on the neck and spine. I feel very safe and comfortable entrusting my neck in his care when I get pinched nerves and bad neck aches. He has a lot of experience and can find problem areas quickly. They will take you in for an appointment the same day you call, usually. This is great for when you need to get right into a doctor so you can get back to running sooner. They normally specialize in the back and neck, but if you request massage of another area, they will do that, too. The aides give amazing massages about 12 minutes long and deep massages if necessary.”
